For your initial appointment, we recommend that you call LePar Animal Hospital at (708)423-3200. The computers between LePar and CARE are linked so that an appointment made at LePar will instantly show up on the screen at CARE.

Since we are usually involved in therapies at CARE, this prevents a lot of phone "tag". After your initial appointment, most follow up therapies will be scheduled during a visit to CARE.

We strongly encourage our first time customers to fill out our FIRST VISIT FORM. By filling out this form, CARE staff can dedicate the entire time of your first session to discussing and treating your pet's conditions.
