CARE veterinarians assess each new patient to create a customized plan for rehabilitation therapy. During this initial 75 minute visit we will evaluate and begin your pet's therapy. All therapies for this initial visit are included in the cost of your consultation.

We will collaborate with your referring veterinarian and provide you with a home treatment plan.

A review of your pet's medical history is often helpful in designing our treatment plans. When scheduling your appointment we will ask you to fill out our FIRST VISIT FORM online and will ask you to bring or fax your pet's medical records. Our fax number is (708)576-2802.
